Overview

Due to our experience in the Japanese market, Macau.com approached STi to design and development the Japanese edition of Macau.com, Macau’s foremost destination marketing and travel company.

While directly associated with Macau.com, Macau.com/jp uses an independent design and layout, as it is used more as a promotional gateway than a booking and transaction portal. Primary features of the site include information about hotels, restraunts, attactions and more, as well as rich media in the form of streaming video and podcasts.

Design & Technology

The primary target for the site are Japanese women, however the design needed to be broad enough to appeal to a wide audience.

The site was built on XOOPS, a dynamic web content management system written in PHP.
