Overview

Viva Macau Airlines, CAPA New Airline of the Year 2007, is the only airline flying direct from Tokyo Narita to Macau - currently Asia’s hottest destination of entertainment, leisure, international events, exhibitions and conferences.

 Solid Thinking was approached by the airline to perform a site wide audit, with the goal of revamping its existing Japanese site for improved display and market targeted graphics and content.

STi has maintained an ongoing relationship with the airline, performing site maintenance, as well as providing technology and marketing related consulting services.

Design & Technology

Reworking the site required that we stayed within the design style and general layout of the additional language versions previously developed, as well as integrating existing backend content management functionality.

Additionally, as the airline does business differently in Japan, by selling tickets with travel packages through travel agent partners, the organization of the Japanese site had to be revisited in order to accommodate.
