At long last I have finally had a chance to put together a new tutorial for FMSGuru.com. I think it’s been about 2 months since the last one. There are a few more in the works though and should be out shortly.
In this tutorial we talk about using the client property writeAccess to help protect your applications on Flash Media Server. This is the first of a series of tutorials that will be covering securing your applications and server. By using this bit of functionality on the server side, you can help stop malicious users from writing files on your server. This method is not usable for the streaming version of FMS.
