I stumbled across this earlier today and thought to post it up so I don’t forget where it is as I know I want to come back to see the progress.
This guy has lost his eye in a shooting accident (his shotgun blew up in his face maybe?), either way he’s lost one eye and they installed a prosthetic eye with a camera in it! So he now streams live video from his eye to a screen. Cripes, team this up with Wowza and you can send your life to any device connected to the internet.. that would be interesting. I wouldn’t do it.. but some people would.
Anyways, check it out here. The video covers more prosthetics which is interesting in and of itself because the technology has come so far.
